About us
Small ovens, long ferments
Cardinal & Crumb started as a farmers-market stand and a two-rack oven. We still bake the same way: naturally leavened doughs, Kentucky-milled flour where we can get it, and nothing that can't be pronounced.
Come early for sourdough — when the day's loaves are gone, they're gone.
